Sewn Banners are manufactured in nylon using the sewn and appliquéd method.
Dye-Printed banners are made using the dye-sublimation print process on Dacron polyester.
200 denier Nylon and 250 denier Dacron polyester are both similar in appearance, hand, weight and feel.
The sewn and appliquéd product will appear more dimensional due to the appliqué layering technique.
Layouts shown below are representative of Lead Banner Styles shown.
They are manufactured with back lining, pole hem along top, borders, various scallop cuts, fringe, leather tabs, mounting frame sleeves on backside.

and we will make the appropriate size frame sleeve on the backside
of the marching band banner you purchase from us.

If you do not have a marching banner frame, we can supply frames for 6' banners, 8' banners, 10' banners.
