We welcome your quotation requests by phone, fax, or email. 
Please note that in most cases we will request that you fax or email us a representation of your layout, logo, font style, etc. in order for us to accurately price your specific job.

Before requesting a quote for custom-made items, we suggest that you review the section on Preparing Artwork & Files.

Quotations by Email

Email quotation requests to: quotes@aristaflag.com

We can review your digital files for composition and pricing. 
Send email with information and graphics file as attachment. 

The easiest way to view a file is with a .JPG image file. 
JPG images are excellent for reviewing when preparing a quotation, but please be advised that JPG images are not suitable as a digital file for printing or processing in production.

Adobe Illustrator EPS and CorelDraw CMX or CDR are also suggested for review and transfer. 

Adobe PDF files may be sent for review but are not acceptable as your final file for processing.  Although both PC and MAC formats are acceptable, PC is preferred.

Quotations by Fax

Fax quotation requests to: (845) 246-7786

Please indicate your name, the department you represent, and the name of your company. 
Include both your phone and fax number.
Please supply enough information for us to quote. 
Include size, quantity, construction style, or color notations.
Fax layout or drawing of all logos, images, typestyles, etc.
